Gail Dickenson is like the twin of her amazing colleague, Dr Sathya Bhandari. They love what they do and are obsessed with removing their patients' pain. Sathya Bhandari is simply amazing. I came to here a referral from Manuj Singhal, an orthopedic surgeon with Orthopedic Associates, with whom she had worked in practice with years back. I had also heard amazing things about her from several of her clients whose lives she radically changed. In my first meeting, I could not believe the time she took with me to look at my MRI with me, bring out a model spine, and walk me through why I was experiencing the serious pain on my right-side, hip down to calf, and what we were going to do to make it better. I have family and friends that are physicians and I have raved about her to all of them. She then did what she said she was going to do, extending her schedule right before Thanksgiving to give me an epidural steroid injection, that was IMMEDIATELY life changing as the pain greatly reduced but it did not fully go away so she and her colleague, Gail Dickenson, stayed on me like white on rice to make sure I was soon back to normal. Every time I see them, they make things better as they use some medications and also work/coordinate with a local superstar at Airrosti, Dr. McCalister, to do very specific therapy and stretching, until all is perfect. Their attentiveness is over the top. Dr.Bhandari truly cares. She is obsessed with removing ALL pain. I am indebted to her.

This was my first time with a pain specialist. She took her time to listen to me and my concerns. We have a plan that’s real workable. No pain until Next day Morning. She said the pain was a 5-6 range at 8 am. She does not remember having the injections or being at the pain clinic. After the procedure, we went to eat. She ate good and felt good . She woke up with moderate pain at 8:00 am. on Wednesday

I went to Bhandari EIGHT years ago after my 369 fusion….I let her put a nevro implant into my body. I regret ever having this obsolete piece of crap implanted in me. I did everything I was supposed to do until I told HER my “pain management “ (Bhandari)I was hurting…she said we had o get MY depression under control…I am on no depression meds..her NP gave me something for 30 days & it is UNBELIEVABLE that bhandari came in & listened my horrible events of 2024, gave me a hug & said she needed a a drink after listening to me….

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bhandari. I came to her in such extreme pain and literally told her that she was my last hope (sciatica). I came across Dr. Bhandari as my previous physician was very difficult to get an appointment with. I have had a back pain issue that has been lingering. She and her nurse have always been super thorough during my periodic check ups and follow ups. Kept up with my history. Excellent with interactions and takes her time to explain and discuss my condition in detail. As much as any patient dislikes getting back injections, Dr. Bhandari has now administered multiple back injections over several years on my back. She does a great job administering them and given my prior history of receiving such injections from multiple physicians in other practices, with her they are always as "painless" as they get. And her nurse staff, front office staff are also very kind and friendly. Overall I highly recommend her based on years being a patient of hers.

After asking me questions and examining me, Dr. Bhandari quickly formed her hypothesis of what was causing my excruciating pain attacks in the hip radiating down the leg. She didn’t think it was related to my recent hip replacement but rather to a pinched nerve in the lower spine. When I gave her the report from a previous MRI of my spine her suspicion was confirmed. She will order steroid injections in L4 and L5 which I hope will allow me to have relief without continuing the Oxycodone I’ve been on every eight hours for the last three days. Dr. Bhandari’s staff was pleasant to me. The only negative thing I would say is that completing the online forms and check-in was frustrating and not very user friendly.

I'm finding I go to a lot of doctors at my age. After a while, I find I look forward to going to some and some I don't. Whenever I walk into Dr. Bhandari's office and check-in, somehow I can sense that the staff works extremely well as a team, with each one always with a smile. Upon my very first visit, when Dr. Bhandari walked into my examination room, I was blown away by her preparation of my individual case. We spoke for a few minutes, she asked me some questions and I had an opportunity to freely express myself. She is a good listener, and I felt good knowing she understood and genuinely cared about me and my back pain. I liked how decisive she was and the way she took immediate action to carry out her recommendation for treatment. After seeing a half dozen other doctors who were unsuccessful in treating me, I finally hit the jackpot! Dr. Bhandari and Liberty Pain Associates have my highest recommendation.

The front office is very attentive to answering questions and making sure that your follow up appointment are taken care of. The back office personnel remember me as if I was part of a family. I was very nervous about having a nerve study done because I had been told it would hurt. I was extremely happy to find out that it didn't really hurt at all, and I know it was because of Dr. Bhandari! She was caring, concerned, professional, and a joy to have perform the study.
